Immune gummies

I’m so thankful to have essential oils for our family so we have the best protection for our immune systems during this time!

When I think of boosting immune health, I immediately think of On Guard. These gummies are a great way to give your family some easy immune support and have fun making them at the same time.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

⅓ c 100% pomegranate juice
3 tbsp raw honey
3 tbsp hot water soluble gelatin
3 drops Wild Orange oil
3 drops On Guard oil
Ice cube trays or silicone molds
INSTRUCTIONS:

1.In a saucepan on low heat, whisk juice, gelatin, honey, and essential oils together until there are no lumps. The mixture should all be one consistency.
2.Pour mixture into an ice cube tray or silicone molds.
3.Place your immune gummies in the freezer for about 7-10 mins until they are set.
4.Serve, or place in your fridge to store.

*Tip: Because you are using natural ingredients, use gummies within a week for freshness.

DIY - hormonal acne mask

Do you break out when when your hormones are out of balance? I've noticed acne flare ups around my face and chin when my hormones ramp up.

The good news is, I've found two oils that have helped - Ylang Ylang and Lavender.

Ylang Ylang is known to be a hormone balancer. It has antiseptic and calming properties as well, it's perfect for hormonal breakouts.

Lavender is great for soothing the skin.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

1 tbsp of bentonite clay (don’t let this
come in contact with metal)
1 tbsp aloe vera gel
1 tbsp distilled water
3 drops of Ylang Ylang
2 drops of Lavender

INSTRUCTIONS:

1.Stir all ingredients until smooth.
2.Use plastic measuring spoons to measure bentonite clay.
3.Smooth mask on your clean and slightly damp face. Allow to dry for 10-15 mins.
4.Once your skin feels cool and tight, rinse it off with a soft washcloth and warm water.
5.Follow with a light moisturizer.

Five powerful oils for the gut

1. Peppermint - cool and soothing for irregular movements

2. Cardamom - related to ginger for digestive enzymes

3. Clove - antimicrobial to help support healthy yeast levels

4. Tea tree - Natural threat destroyer to help overall gut health

5. Fennel - digestive aid

And my personal favourite: DigestZen (or ZenGest), which contains many of the oils mentioned above and supports healthy digestion and soothes the occasional upset stomach.
