One of the best parts about summer is getting outside in nature as much as possible.  There are so many oils that can make our experiences that much more enjoyable and keep some of those summer weather annoyances at bay.  We have a backpack stocked up so we can just grab and go.

For many, flying can be an unpleasant experience. Dealing with crowds, lugging baggage and long periods in small spaces can be stressful. For others, plane travel itself creates anxiety.

Here are some essential oils and blends that can help combat fear of flying and stress:
