One of the many reasons that I love doTERRA essential oils.
Not only are do they enrich the lives of those who use essential oils, but they also enrich the lives of the growers and the distillers in countries like Bulgarian, Guatemala, Haiti, Kenya, Nepal and Somaliland.
doTERRA cultivates partnerships with artisans, small-scale growers and distilleries. They help organize growers into cooperatives, creating jobs and improving income. They empower growers, families and communities in impoverished nations.

DIY recipe - Aromatic hand warmer
Microwaveable hand warmers are easy to make and reuse. For fabric consider upcycling an old cotton or flannel shirt, but be sure to select a fabric that is natural, as synthetic fabrics may melt or burn when heated. Store with clothing or linen to freshen your closet, replenish hand warmers with essential oils when desired, and enjoy!

Instructions
- Cut out two 4 inch x 4 inch squares for every hand warmer desired.
- Sow right sides of fabric together, leaving a few inches open on one side.
- Turn fabric right side out.
- In a medium bowl mix flax seed with essential oil. Use three to five drops of oil for every cup of grain (this results in a pretty strongly scented hand warmer.) Mix and allow to sit for 5–10 minutes.
- Use the grain to fill the hand warmers about ¾ full and then stitch closed.
- Heat hand warmers 25–30 seconds in the microwave, allow to sit for about 30 seconds and then place in pockets to warm your hands.
DDR Prime essential oil blend
Lately, our son has been asking for evening massages with essential oils before bedtime. One of my go-to oils to use on him is DDR Prime cellular complex blend, which is healing to the body on a cellular level, strengthens the immune system, and supports the health of the brain and nervous system. I rub it on the soles of his feet and along his spine with a carrier oil.

Essential Oil Bubble Bath
Taking a bubble bath can be a fun treat for kids, or part of a relaxing
night in for adults. However, most commercial bubble baths are full of
artificial chemicals and fragrances and can be irritating to your skin.
To reduce the chemicals in your home, but
still enjoy the benefits of a bubble bath, we recommend making your own
bubble bath with essential oils and other ingredients that are gentle
on your skin.
While you could add essential oil directly to your bath, essential oils are not water soluble, meaning they won't dissolve in water alone. To resolve this issue, you would normally add essential oils to epsom salt or soap and add it to the water. In this case, the other ingredients in our DIY bubble bath help disperse the oil throughout the water in the same way.
Including an essential oil in bath time is a wise choice when you want to create a specific atmosphere. For example, for a relaxing bath, use Lavender or doTERRA Serenity® essential oils. For a rejuvenating bath, use Citrus Bliss® to wake up.
Ingredients
1 cup unscented castile soap
½ cup vegetable glycerin
2 tablespoons water
15 drops preferred doTERRA essential oil

Copaiba vs cbd oil
Have you been wondering about the difference between CBD, Cannabis & Copaiba?
CBD interacts with our CB2 receptors and gives us incredible therapeutic benefits such as: pain relief, decreased inflammation, reduced anxiety, cancer prevention, nervous system support, seizure prevention, lowered insulin levels, cardiovascular health, and more!
THC is the component that interacts with our CB1 receptors which is responsible for causing the "high" associated with marijuana.
What you may not know is that there's a THIRD type of cannabinoid--BCP (aka Copaiba). BCP is the long lost relative we always hoped we'd find! Last year dōTERRA released Copaiba essential oil. Within 10 days of its release an entire years supply was sold out!
While it's different from CBD, it directly affects the same CB2 receptors. Meaning, it provides the same benefits as mentioned above . One major difference is that BCP is much more concentrated so the therapeutic benefits are way more apparent!
For example:
CBD derived from hemp has a 2-4% concentration. CBD derived from cannabis/marijuana has a 5-35% concentration. dōTERRA’s BCP is 60%!!
dōTERRA is the first company ever to formulate their Copaiba using 4 different species making it the highest concentrated cannabinoid available, yet because it is not a cannabis derivative it will never show up on a drug test or make you high.
Use dōTERRA Copaiba Softgels to receive antioxidant support for your cellular health. The softgels also support the health of the respiratory system, the digestive system, the immune system and the cardiovascular system. Take one softgel daily to address concerns with any or all of these systems. When taken on a regular basis, your overall health can improve!
